At the moment our graduate programme is full and we have no placements available, but graduates are welcome to stay in touch should a placement arise in the future.
Before lockdown we were a very sociable company with regular drinks after work on a Friday, curry nights, bowling, wine tasting and beach barbecues and we look forward to doing that again in the future when it is safe to do so. It is a fun and dynamic environment to work in full of passionate and dedicated staff. We are proud sponsors of Truro Rugby Club and every year, apart from 2020 sadly, we gather there with colleagues, clients and other professional firms to enjoy a game with a few beers!

Many of the existing team members have relocated from elsewhere in the UK and enjoy the benefits of living in one of Country’s iconic locations. In between their working hours they are often spotted riding a wave on the north Cornish coast, enjoying the sailing waters of Carrick Roads or Helford River, walking or riding on the rugged paths of Bodmin Moor or the stunning Cornish Coastal path. Occasionally they can be found enjoying fine food in idyllic locations or even enjoying some of the quality, locally produced ale.

Miller Commercial are committed to contributing to the training of graduate surveyors who leave University with both cognate and non-cognate degrees wishing to complete the requirements of the RICS and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.
Miller Commercial have achieved Approved Employers status from the RICS following approval of the firm’s Structured Training Agreement.
This means that we advise potential candidates which competencies we can help them to develop and how. Each candidate enters into their own Structured Training Programme which sets out what they can expect from us, what we expect from them and when. It also confirms that we have the will, the means and the intention of getting people qualified in accordance with the RICS Guides.”
